Suitable for use with a range of fiber sizes
An optional replaceaple blade enables stripping of cladding diameter 125µm/coating diameter 900µm, and clad diameter 80µm/coating diameter 150µm fibers.

The SS110 can automatically select the optimum stripping programme by reading data from the RFID-equipped FH110 fiber holders.

Customer Benefits
The SS110 achieves high-quality optical fiber coating stripping because of its specially shaped stripping blades. By changing the blades according to the coating diameter, it will remove coatings from UV-coated optical fibers with outer diameters of 250 μm and optionally from 160 μm to 550 μm. The fiber holders are compatible with the FH110 and FH-100 series. FH-70-series fibre holders can also be used in combination with a holder adapter plate.
