Customer Benefits

The 41R features wireless communication, enabling real-time, bidirectional monitoring with the optical fiber cleaver. During splicing, it detects frequent end-face angle errors, identifies if the current blade position is worn, and automatically adjusts accordingly. When paired with the RS03 stripper, heating conditions are also automatically optimized based on the splicing settings to ensure consistent, high-quality splice results.

Selection Process

Choose the fusion splicer based on the number of fibers to be connected.
The 41R Kit supports splicing from single fibers up to 4-fiber ribbons and is compatible with both SWR and fixed bonded tape fibers.
It also enables splicing of indoor and drop cables, making it a versatile solution for a range of installation needs.
